About the Role
We're looking for a community manager who can grow, activate, and manage The Builders Club communities — online and offline.
What You'll Do
• Own member outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
• Plan and coordinate events end-to-end: venue, speakers, invites, and day-of execution
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track member interactions across the community lifecycle
• Build and manage relationships with corporates, GCCs, founders, and ecosystem partners
• Conduct research on new members, potential partners, and relevant industry verticals
• Make calls, follow up proactively, and keep members warm and engaged
You're a Great Fit If You
• Managed a community before.
• Have prior experience organising events — online and/or offline
• Are a natural people person who genuinely loves meeting and connecting with others
• Have worked with or engaged corporate or enterprise audiences before
• Have experience with CRM tools and people/relationship management
• Are good with research and can build context on members and partners quickly
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership without being told
