• Welcome and engage diverse participants
• Break the ice and spark authentic conversations
• Host and facilitate staycation experiences
• Design creative formats like brainstorming sessions & deep-dive discussions
• Ensure every participant feels comfortable, included, and inspired
Who You Are:
• Naturally social and great with people
• Confident communicator and facilitator
• Emotionally intelligent and empathetic
• Someone who enjoys meeting new people and creating safe spaces
• Bonus: Experience in events, communities, psychology, or hospitality
