Role Overview:
As a Community & Learner Relationship Executive, you will manage learner engagement across the entire journey from onboarding to completion. You will lead cohort-based interactions, manage community conversations on our in-house platform, and ensure learners feel welcomed, supported, and motivated throughout their learning experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, hosting virtual sessions, building communities, and driving learner success in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the learner onboarding experience through cohort orientations, structured welcome journeys, and 1:1 learner introduction.
• Build strong learner relationships through regular check-ins, feedback conversations, and personalized learner support
• Identify at-risk learners and conduct proactive interventions to improve retention and support high program completion rates (85%+)
• Resolve learner concerns related to access, payments, engagement, and platform support
• Manage learner interactions on the community platform and foster a responsive, engaging, and supportive environment
• Plan, organize, and host webinars, workshops, and cohort-based engagement sessions
• Drive weekly communication including updates, reminders, announcements, and targeted learner nudges
• Monitor learner engagement, retention, activity trends, and feedback metrics to generate actionable insights for improving learner experience
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field
(Community Management certification is a plus)
• 2–4 years of experience in EdTech, learner success, community management, or learner engagement roles
• Experience managing online learner communities and global learner cohorts across time zones
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and connect with diverse learners
• High empathy, responsiveness, and problem-solving ability with a learner-first mindset
• Experience hosting or moderating virtual events and online sessions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic analytical skills to track learner engagement and derive insights
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of AI tools and productivity platforms is an added advantage
