Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for creating an engaging and efficient workspace experience for members. This role oversees daily operations on the floor, including welcoming new members, managing move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring that office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas are organized and well-maintained. The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, coordinates events and community-building activities, and collects feedback to continuously enhance the member experience. The role works closely with operations, facilities, and hospitality teams to resolve issues promptly, support client requirements, and maintain high service standards. The Community Manager also contributes to occupancy goals by supporting tours, showcasing the space to prospective clients, and representing Rush Co-Works’ brand and values in member interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in community management, coworking spaces, hospitality, or customer-facing operations, preferably in an office or workplace solutions environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage member expectations, and handle conflict or escalations professionally.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to oversee daily operations, coordinate events, and manage multiple member requests efficiently.
- Comfort with basic office technology, digital tools, and CRM or workspace management systems to track member information, bookings, and inquiries.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality member experience.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
