Community Manager(Program Co-ordinator)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Community Manager to support the smooth execution of our cohort-based AI upskilling programs. In this role, you will manage student communication, coordinate session logistics, track participation and assignments, and ensure an engaging learning experience for every cohort. You will work closely with trainers and the core team to maintain high program engagement while also encouraging referrals and capturing student success stories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing communities, and being part of a fast-growing learning platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate cohort WhatsApp groups to ensure active engagement and timely communication with participants.
- Manage the learning community on platforms such as Skool, ensuring discussions, announcements, resources, and assignments are organized and easily accessible for participants.
- Coordinate demo and session reminders, ensuring students are informed about upcoming classes, assignments, and important updates.
- Track session attendance and assignment submissions to maintain high participation and accountability across the cohort.
- Collect and organize assignments, feedback, and testimonials from students during and after the program.
- Support trainers with session logistics, materials, and communication with participants before and after each class.
- Encourage participants to share their learning publicly and refer peers who may benefit from the program.
- Maintain internal records using tools like Google Sheets / Notion to track cohort progress, engagement, and outcomes.
- Help foster a positive and collaborative learning community environment where participants feel supported throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Community Management, Member Engagement, Relationship Building, and Event Coordination
- Experience in Social Media Management and Online Community Platforms
- Ability to analyze community data, identify trends, and implement improvements effectively
- Passion for learning, AI, and fostering a positive, inclusive community culture
- Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and problem-solving
- Previous experience in education technology, upskilling programs, or related fields is a plus
