🚀 We're Hiring: Community Manager at Reskilll!
📍 On-site | Noida | Full-time | Mid-Level (2–5 Years)
Reskilll is India's leading developer community and hackathon platform — connecting 6M+ developers through 3,500+ initiatives across 20+ countries, in partnership with Microsoft, Meta, Google, and the World Bank.
We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to help us grow and energize our developer ecosystem.
🎯 What You'll Do
• Design and manage developer programs and community events
• Monitor community channels and foster meaningful collaborations
• Build relationships with developers, mentors, and enterprise clients
• Create compelling content tailored for developer audiences
• Analyze community engagement data to sharpen strategies
• Represent Reskilll at conferences, meetups, and industry events
✅ What We're Looking For
• Experience in community management with diverse tech audiences
• Strong event coordination skills, especially hackathons
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset - comfortable with engagement metrics
• Genuine passion for technology and developer ecosystems
• Bachelor's in Communication, Marketing, Business, or Technology (preferred)
