Role Overview
The Community Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating programs designed to build a strong network for aspiring entrepreneurs and individuals interested in launching start-ups.
The role involves managing participant engagement, facilitating meaningful interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of all program activities while contributing to the growth and development of the start-up ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate programs and activities for the start-up community.
- Coordinate and arrange venues/locations for conducting events.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, partners, and clients.
- Engage with community members and ensure active participation.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and meaningful interactions.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Assist in content creation and communication across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of programs.
- Monitor participation and provide regular updates and reports.
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the community network.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or related roles. Freshers can apply.
- Strong understanding of marketing, social media, and event management.
- Interest in start-ups, entrepreneurship, and business networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate events and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic start-up environment.
