Role Description
This is an internship role for a Community Manager based on-site in Bengaluru. The Community Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing events, building relationships with community members, and creating meaningful engagement within the community. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetups, managing communications across various platforms, developing content for community initiatives, and providing support to foster active participation among members.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Coordination skills to manage meetups and community gatherings
- Strong Communication, Relationship Management, and Networking skills to engage with community members effectively
- Content Creation and Social Media Management skills to create and manage engaging content
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and trends is preferred
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Experience with community management is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
