Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will focus on building, engaging, and managing a strong community of educators, students, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include organizing events, facilitating discussions, managing communication channels, and fostering positive relationships. The manager will also work closely with other teams to align community activities with OLL's overall mission and goals.
Qualifications
- Community Engagement and Management skills: Experience in managing and growing online and offline communities, facilitating discussions, and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
- Event Planning and Organization: Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage events to engage and bring value to the community.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with diverse groups effectively.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining community-related documentation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the education sector, hands-on experience in skill development initiatives, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
