Community Manager -OddCode
Location (Remote-San Francisco/Pune)

What you’ll do
- Design and facilitate meaningful conversations (not just posts)
- Run high-signal experiences (working labs, discussions, closed sessions)
- Turn community insights into sharp content
- Maintain a strong, distinct voice across platforms
- Build rituals that deepen engagement-not just activity
Who this is for

- You can hold thoughtful, nuanced conversations
What you bring
- Experience in community, content, or ecosystem building
- Strong writing and content instincts
- Comfort with Slack/Discord/social platforms
- High ownership and independent execution

Compensation
We benchmark compensation based on location and scope.
- San Francisco / US: $60,000-$80000
- India (remote): ₹9,00,000 – ₹11,00,000
Final offer depends on experience, ownership, and role scope.
