Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the space, fostering a positive and collaborative community, organizing events and activities, and managing member engagement. The role includes maintaining the space's facilities, building relationships with members, addressing their needs, and promoting a welcoming and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a sense of community. Someone who is able to manage diverse member needs without getting stressed.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing day-to-day operations and handling responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and software to streamline administrative tasks and member communication.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a dynamic, professional environment.
- Experience in co-working spaces or hospitality services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
