Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager based in Lucknow, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Community Manager will facilitate and manage community engagement, organize and execute events, oversee member communications, and foster collaborations among members. They will also manage online and offline community spaces, enhance member experiences, and represent Infiniti Connects in fostering partnerships across diverse industries. The role includes collaborating with the internal team to align initiatives with the company's mission and ensure a thriving and engaged community.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and community management skills, including ideating, organizing, and executing engaging events.
- Proven ability to foster and manage professional relationships and collaborations within diverse industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build connections and cultivate engagement within the community.
- Experience in using social media platforms and tools to drive participation and uphold brand presence.
- Creative thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions for community growth.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively handle multiple events, projects, and communications simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in networking, partnership building, and collaborating with teams to promote shared goals (preferred).
