Role Description
The Community Manager at Hive Club will oversee daily operations, plan and manage events, build community engagement, capture basic content and address member concerns to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Responsibilities include managing memberships, coordinating with different teams, organizing and promoting events, and developing strategies to strengthen community bonds. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Community Engagement, Event Planning, and Membership Management
- Experience with Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to manage operations and events
- Understanding of sports or recreational facility management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively in a team setting
