This is an on-site full time role for a Community Manager based in Bengaluru. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online and offline communities associated with Futurense.
You will own the full student and alumni community, from onboarding to post-placement. The goal is to build a community strong enough that referrals become the natural outcome.
What you will do
• Drive engagement across student and alumni cohorts
• Build rituals, touchpoints, and moments that matter
• Own referral activation as a key metric
• Work directly with the Founder's Office on community strategy
