Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at CoPlay’s venue, building strong relationships with members, organizing events and tournaments, and ensuring a welcoming and thriving community environment. This role also includes managing team members, gathering feedback from users, and implementing strategies to enhance user experiences at the venue.
Qualifications
- Experience in Community Engagement, Events Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Organizational and Supervisory Skills to manage venue operations and team coordination effectively
- Passion for sports and the ability to foster a spirit of community and inclusivity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in hospitality, sports, or event management industry is a plus
