Role Overview
BrandSeeder is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead and scale digital communities across Discord, Telegram, and X. In this role, you will drive engagement strategies, manage online ecosystems, strengthen brand loyalty, and create meaningful interactions between brands and their audiences.
You will work closely with marketing, design, content, partnerships, and growth teams to execute community-led initiatives, campaigns, and ecosystem activations for global clients and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement
- Lead and grow highly engaged communities across Discord, Telegram, and X.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Foster authentic conversations, increase participation, and strengthen community retention.
- Plan and execute community initiatives including AMAs, X Spaces, contests, campaigns, quizzes, and community events.
- Build strong relationships with community members, ambassadors, moderators, and ecosystem partners.
Platform Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Discord, Telegram, and X communities.
- Structure and optimize Discord servers including onboarding flows, channels, permissions, bots, and moderation systems.
- Execute communication strategies for announcements, launches, updates, and partnerships.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and community standards across all platforms.
Moderation & Community Support
- Monitor discussions and maintain healthy, active, and inclusive community environments.
- Handle escalations, conflict resolution, spam prevention, and crisis communication professionally.
- Coordinate with moderation teams to ensure timely support and smooth community operations.
- Establish and enforce moderation policies and engagement guidelines.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, design, and growth teams on campaigns and launches.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align community initiatives with broader business goals.
- Support product launches, ecosystem activations, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
- Gather community feedback and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track community KPIs including engagement, growth, retention, sentiment, and activity metrics.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations and growth insights.
- Use analytics and community feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Community Management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, AI, or digital-first industries.
- Proven expertise in managing and scaling communities on Discord, Telegram, and X.
- Strong understanding of internet culture, community psychology, and digital engagement strategies.
- Experience with Discord bots, moderation tools, automation systems, and engagement workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong crisis management, moderation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communities and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing community metrics and reporting performance.
- Experience leading moderators, contributors, ambassadors, or community volunteers is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working with global teams and client-facing projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international Web3 or emerging-tech brands.
- Familiarity with social listening tools, analytics platforms, and community dashboards.
- Experience hosting X Spaces, AMAs, or live community events.
- Understanding of influencer-led and community-led growth strategies.
- Existing network within Web3, gaming, or digital creator ecosystems is a plus.
