About the Role: You'll be the heartbeat of BHIVE's ecosystem, driving daily engagement, scaling event operations, and ensuring members feel genuinely connected. As the face on the floor, you'll manage community engagement, coordinate flagship events, and drive business outcomes—retention, decision-maker depth, and NPS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Advocacy: Interact with members daily, understand their businesses, and champion their wins
- Content & Engagement: Own WhatsApp, Slack, and member newsletters to keep the community active and relevant
- Connector Role: Enable meaningful introductions between founders, investors, and operators—driving real business value
- Event Execution: End-to-end coordination of community events from ideation to flawless on-ground delivery
- CRM & Operations: Maintain a clean member database, build repeatable event playbooks, deliver brand-standard activations
- Analytics & Feedback: Track engagement metrics, maintain community NPS above 90, act on member feedback quickly
What We're Looking For:
- 8–10 years of community management experience, ideally in coworking or member-led brands
- Strong operational skills with obsessive attention to detail; builds playbooks, not heroics
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable holding a CXO-level room
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and design platforms like Canva
- High social intelligence, adaptability, and natural hosting instinct
- Builder mindset—willing to create new programmes from scratch, not just execute calendars
Work Schedule & Availability:
6-Day Work Week: Monday–Saturday (rotational week offs)
Evening & Weekend Events: Flexible availability for member-facing events and networking sessions
Sunday Availability: May be required when major community events or member engagement activities are scheduled
