Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager based in Bengaluru. The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day community engagement, develop and execute community strategies, and create a welcoming environment for members. Responsibilities include organizing events, managing communication channels, resolving tenant concerns, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering collaboration and growth among members while delivering a high-quality experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to effectively manage client relationships and resolve issues.
- Event planning, organizational, and time-management skills to coordinate and host community activities.
- Experience in communications, marketing, or customer-facing roles to handle social media, newsletters, and public relations.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and uphold a high standard of operations and member satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant technology tools.
- 1-2 years of experience in community management or a similar role in the coworking or office space industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
