Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Community Management Intern based in Dehradun, with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in managing community engagement activities, support event planning and coordination, interact with community members to ensure a positive experience, and address their needs efficiently. The role will also involve providing customer service, fostering online and offline community interactions, and contributing ideas to improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage effectively with community members
• Ability to support Community Engagement activities and build relationships within the community
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage member interactions
• Understanding and interest in Community Management practices and tools
• Proactive and motivated team player with creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively within a hybrid work environment
• Experience in event coordination or community-driven activities is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
