Community & Learning Manager – Real Estate Investor Community
Remote | Full-Time | India
We are building India’s first and biggest community of retail investors for real estate — a serious platform for working professionals, business owners, and aspiring investors who want to understand real estate investing.
We are looking for a sharp, confident, and ownership-driven Community & Learning Manager to help us manage, engage, teach, and grow this investor community across India.
What You’ll Do
1. Manage Our Investor Community: You will actively manage and engage a growing community of real estate investors across India.
You will:
- Drive conversations inside the community
- Answer common member questions
- Keep members active, involved, and motivated
- Coordinate learning sessions, updates, challenges, and announcements
- Ensure members feel supported, guided, and heard
This is not a passive admin role. You will be the face of member engagement.
2. Conduct Online Sessions & Webinars: You should be comfortable speaking on camera and conducting online sessions.
You will:
- Host Zoom sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and internal team members
- Present basic concepts clearly to members
- Moderate Q&A sessions
- Help members stay committed to their learning journey
- Prior teaching, training, coaching, or webinar experience will be a strong plus.
3. Support Course Creation & Learning Delivery: You will help us create and improve learning experiences for members.
This includes:
- Structuring course modules
- Creating session flow, worksheets, checklists, and learning material
- Coordinating recordings, uploads, and member access
- Using AI tools to improve speed and quality of content creation
- Making sure members understand and consume the learning properly
- You do not need to be a real estate expert on Day 1, but you must be willing to learn fast.
4. Attend Inbound Meetings With Prospective Members: You will also attend inbound online meetings with people who are interested in joining the community.
You should be able to:
- Understand their goals and concerns
- Explain how the community works
- Guide them to the right program or membership
- Follow up professionally
- Maintain basic CRM or tracking sheets
- This is not cold calling. These are inbound prospects who have already shown interest.
Must-Have Skills
- Zoom meeting and webinar handling
- Online community management
- Strong communication skills
- Basic sales or counselling ability
- Comfort with AI tools
- Course/content coordination
- Follow-up discipline
- Confidence to speak with working professionals, business owners, and investors
Language Preference
The candidate must be fluent in:
He/She should be able to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally in both languages during webinars, community sessions, inbound calls, and member interactions.
Equipment Requirement
The candidate must have:
- A personal laptop
- A working mobile phone
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet setup for online meetings, webinars, and member calls
Since this is a remote role, the candidate should be comfortable working independently and managing online communication professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
- Community management
- Edtech, coaching, training, or online education
- Webinar hosting or Zoom session management
- Course creation or learning program coordination
- Sales counselling or admission counselling
- Real estate, investing, finance, or wealth education
- Managing WhatsApp, Telegram, Skool, Circle, Graphy, Kajabi, or similar platforms
- Using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion, Calendly, CRM tools, or email automation platforms

- A confident communicator
- Comfortable on Zoom and online meetings
- Good at managing people, groups, and conversations
- Interested in real estate, investing, education, or wealth creation
- Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.
- Comfortable with course creation, community management, and teaching
- Organized, proactive, and reliable in a remote work setup
- Able to speak and write clearly in English and Hindi
Compensation
- We offer a 30% hike on your last drawn CTC for the right candidate.
- Final compensation will depend on experience, communication skills, ownership, and ability to manage both members and prospects.
Work Mode: Remote role
You can work from anywhere in India, but you must be available during planned sessions, webinars, team meetings, and member calls.
