Karma Miles is India's First Seniors Community and Experiences Brand, dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through meaningful community engagement and personalised support. With community building at its core, Karma Miles creates safe and welcoming spaces where elders can socialise with like-minded people, participate in curated experiential events, and access a wide range of group and individual services.
We are looking for a Community Growth & Partnerships Intern to work closely with the team at Karma Miles on expanding our presence across residential communities.
This role is focused on society outreach, community building, and on-ground engagement. You will play a key role in introducing Karma Miles to new communities and helping build meaningful connections with senior residents and resident welfare associations.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to residential societies and RWAs across Delhi-NCR
- Introduce Karma Miles and its offerings to residents and management committees
- Build relationships with community members and local stakeholders
- Identify and onboard new societies for Karma Miles initiatives
- Support community engagement activities and on-ground events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with on-ground outreach and conversations
- Confident in approaching new people and building trust
- Organised, proactive, and responsible
- Interest in community building, social impact, or grassroots work
- Must be based in South Delhi or Gurugram
- Comfortable with frequent on-ground visits and fieldwork
