This is a ground-level, people first role. You won't be sitting behind a desk, you'll be out in the community, showing people what Finitee is, getting them excited about it and helping them sign up. Think of yourself as Finitee's ambassador in Goregaon.
This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, is comfortable approaching strangers, and thrives in a startup environment where every day looks different.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Visit colleges, co-working spaces, cafés, and housing societies to introduce Finitee to potential users
• Give live demos of the app: showing people how Sonar works and getting them to sign up on the spot
• Build relationships with community managers, student council reps, and local group leaders to organize demo sessions
• Plan and coordinate small local meetups and events listed on Finitee to attract first-time users
• Recruit and activate clusters of users in specific neighborhoods to make the app feel alive in those areas
• Collect feedback from new users and report insights to the founding team weekly
• Track your signups and activations and report progress against weekly targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Highly sociable — you genuinely enjoy meeting and talking to new people
• A local of Goregaon (or very familiar with the area)
• Comfortable giving informal demonstrations and pitching an idea enthusiastically
• Organized enough to plan your week, track your numbers, and report back clearly
• Genuinely excited about technology and social apps
• A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Fresh graduates welcome - energy and personality matter more than experience
NICE TO HAVE
• An existing social network in Goregaon or nearby areas
• Experience in field marketing, event coordination or community management
• Active on social media and comfortable making short demo videos or reels
• Familiarity with college campuses or housing society communities in Mumbai
COMPENSATION
Base salary of ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and fit.
Performance incentive: An additional ₹75 per verified active user signup (users who sign up and actively use the app), paid monthly. Strong performers can meaningfully increase their total monthly earnings.
