About the Role: Design, lead, and scale BHIVE's triathlon and endurance sports & community across locations. If you race in your free time, love helping others chase their fitness dreams, and have the discipline to build programs that scale— this role is for you. You'll drive corporate engagement, develop athletes, and use endurance as a retention engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design: Develop structured running and triathlon programs across levels—5K runners to 70.3 athletes
- Coaching & Development: Lead training cohorts, mentor members, identify and develop community captains
- Corporate Engagement: Drive participation at named-account level; position endurance as a retention lever
- Ecosystem Building: Build networks of coaches, nutritionists, performance experts; manage partnerships with race organizers
- Data & Reporting: Create dashboards tracking participation, athlete progression, and account-level impact
- Event & Program Execution: Execute training sessions, challenges, large events; create SOPs for scalable delivery
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Endurance background as a lifestyle—active participation in triathlons, marathons, or structured athletic events (Ironman 70.3, Olympic triathlon, or half-marathon preferred)
- 2–4 years in a corporate or structured organization
- Proven experience coaching and managing fitness communities (non-negotiable)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with comfort building account-level dashboards and reports
- Business instinct—you see a training cohort and understand it as a retention and account-expansion tool
Work Schedule & Availability:
6-Day Work Week: Monday–Saturday (rotational week offs)
Training Sessions & Events: Early mornings, evenings, and weekends to lead cohorts
Sunday Availability: Required during active race seasons and key endurance events
