Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Community Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing member relationships, ensuring a seamless day-to-day operational experience, and fostering a collaborative community environment. Key responsibilities include welcoming new members, addressing inquiries, organizing community events, and managing space logistics to ensure a high standard of service. You will also work to establish meaningful connections between members, identify community needs, and support the growth of the Akasa community through outstanding engagement and support.
Qualifications
Act as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Build and nurture a strong community by interacting regularly with members
Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions
Manage onboarding of new members, including tours and orientation
Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
Ensure smooth daily operations of the coworking space (seating, meeting rooms, amenities)
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Support sales team by assisting in lead conversions through tours and follow-ups
Maintain occupancy records, member database, and reports
Promote community engagement through social media and internal communication channels
Comfortable for night shift.
