Role Overview:
The Community Engagement Supervisor is responsible for leading on-ground guest experience and engagement across the center. This role ensures a vibrant, high-energy environment while driving customer satisfaction, and enhancing repeat business. The position acts as a key link between operations, guests, and frontline teams, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities and consistent service excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Experience
• Engage with customers on-ground to create a lively and interactive environment.
• Build strong relationships with walk-in customers and repeat guests.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive interaction and support.
Repeat Customer Experience
• Drive repeat visits by creating memorable and personalized experiences.
• Recognize and engage returning customers to strengthen brand connection.
• Support customer retention initiatives within the center.
Events & On-Ground Activities
• Support execution of in-center events, activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Actively participate in creating an energetic atmosphere during peak hours and events.
Customer Support & Feedback
• Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams.
• Ensure quick resolution of minor issues to maintain a positive experience.
Sales Support & Upselling
• Identify opportunities to promote games, offers, group bookings, and experiences within the center.
• Support the team in driving additional revenue through on-ground engagement.
Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with operations, sales & marketing teams for smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Maintain basic records of customer interactions, events, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- • 4–5 years of experience in customer engagement, hospitality, events, or similar roles.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Outgoing and energetic personality with a customer-first approach.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- • Willingness to work on weekends and during peak business hours.
