About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Community Engagement & Project Coordinator to be the face of our projects on the ground. If you enjoy working with people, travelling, building partnerships, and turning ideas into impactful community programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with communities, schools, volunteers, CSR partners, and local stakeholders.
- Coordinate the implementation of projects across Kerala and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and support project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the project team.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for internal and donor reporting.
- Support networking, partnership development, and proposal preparation.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, community engagement, CSR, NGOs, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Must own a vehicle (preferred/required, depending on your policy).
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
