Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. As a Community Engagement Officer, you will connect with local communities, engage stakeholders, and establish strong relationships to promote Loco Bear as a premier entertainment destination. Responsibilities include organizing community events, managing stakeholder collaborations, driving customer connections, and effectively communicating Loco Bear’s mission and activities to build engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in Community Engagement and Stakeholder Engagement
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate and implement multiple initiatives
- Self-motivated team player with a passion for community-driven initiatives
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
