Role Overview
Community is not a support function here — it is a lead generation channel. Your job is to make A3Logics the most credible and visible IT services voice in the online communities where our target buyers spend time. You will do this by providing genuine value — answering questions, sharing insights, and building relationships — not by posting promotional content that gets ignored or banned. If you have built a meaningful community presence for a technology company before, we want to talk.
What You Will Own
• Reddit Engagement — Reddit strategy and execution — identify target subreddits, build account karma, engage authentically, identify buyer posts, and initiate relevant conversations without triggering spam detection
• LinkedIn Community — LinkedIn community engagement — comment strategy on target audience posts, CEO and leadership profile engagement, LinkedIn group participation, and newsletter growth
• Twitter/X Strategy — Twitter/X presence — daily engagement with IT industry conversations, building the CEO personal brand, and growing a quality follower base of decision-makers
• Forum Presence — Quora and forum management — identify high-traffic questions relevant to A3Logics' services and provide genuinely useful answers that establish expertise
• Review Management — Review platform management — Clutch, G2, GoodFirms — systematic process for collecting, responding to, and leveraging client reviews
• Inbound Management — Inbound DM qualification — handle inbound messages from community activity, qualify intent, and hand off to lead generation team
• Content Calendar — Community calendar — plan weekly engagement activities across all platforms with clear activity targets and outcome tracking
• Sentiment Monitoring — Brand sentiment monitoring — track mentions of A3Logics across platforms and respond appropriately to both positive and negative references
Non-Negotiable Requirements
• 3+ years managing community presence for a technology, IT services, or SaaS brand — not consumer or lifestyle brands
• Demonstrated experience on Reddit — understanding of karma system, subreddit rules, authentic engagement, and how to avoid shadowbanning
• Strong LinkedIn engagement track record — evidence of growing meaningful connections and generating inbound through organic activity
• Excellent written English — your comments and posts represent A3Logics to an international audience
• Understanding of IT services and technology — enough to give genuinely useful answers to technical questions
• Patience and a long-term mindset — community trust is built over months, not days
• Experience with review platform management — Clutch, G2, or similar B2B review platforms
