ROLE OVERVIEW
This role focuses on building and scaling HEEPHA’s professional communities and delegate ecosystem. The individual will drive community engagement, audience growth, delegate outreach, partnerships, and platform-led initiatives that strengthen participation across HEEPHA’s events and ecosystem initiatives. The role involves creating high-engagement communities, running webinars and initiatives, building memberships, and ensuring the community becomes a high-value industry network that drives event participation, sponsor interest, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and grow HEEPHA’s professional community platform
• Drive delegate outreach, audience growth, and event participation
• Develop and manage community engagement strategies and initiatives
• Launch webinars, networking sessions, and platform-led activities
• Create memberships, engagement formats, and retention strategies
• Build partnerships and collaborations that strengthen the community
• Manage and optimize community platforms and engagement tools
• Track analytics, engagement metrics, and audience insights
• Collaborate with branding, research, and event teams
• Ensure the community evolves into a high-value industry network
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in community building, engagement, delegate outreach, or ecosystem growth
• Experience managing communities, engagement platforms, or audience ecosystems
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinking with strong branding and engagement sensibilities
• Structured thinking with execution and project management capabilities
• Ability to drive partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of digital engagement tools, analytics, and reporting
• Experience in webinars, events, memberships, or audience-building initiatives
• Startup mindset with adaptability, ownership, and proactive execution
• Background in HR, media, communities, events, or related industries is an added advantage
