Job details:
Ginger Games is building social games and experiences for the next generation of players — and we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes games on Roblox.
This is not a traditional social media or community management role.
We’re looking for someone who understands Roblox culture deeply — how players discover games, why communities form, how creators influence them, what gets people talking on Discord, and most importantly, what makes players bring their friends back.
What you’ll own
* Build and grow communities around our Roblox games from the earliest players onward
* Develop relationships with Roblox creators, streamers and community leaders
* Design community programs, events, tournaments, challenges and rituals
* Build and operate our Discord and player communication channels
* Turn player feedback into actionable insights for our game design and development teams
* Identify emerging Roblox trends, creators, memes and player behaviours early
* Create systems for founding players, ambassadors, creators and super-fans
* Work with the game team on features that encourage co-play, competition, sharing and community formation
* Help turn launches and game updates into moments the community wants to participate in
You might be right for this if:
You genuinely understand Roblox because you’ve spent meaningful time on the platform.
You may have built or moderated a Roblox/Discord community, worked with a Roblox studio, created Roblox content, managed creators, organized gaming events — or simply become exceptionally good at building online gaming communities.
We care much more about what you’ve actually built and the communities you understand than how many years are written on your CV.
Experience with Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Roblox creators, community events or live-service games is valuable.
Exceptional younger candidates are encouraged to apply.
