Client: A Progressive CBSE-Affiliated School
A progressive CBSE-affiliated school in South West Delhi is looking to onboard a Community Coordinator to strengthen its school-community ecosystem and drive meaningful engagement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who can translate ideas into action, build strong stakeholder relationships, and create programmes that extend learning beyond the classroom. This role is open to educators passionate about making learning visible and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate ideas into structured strategies and actionable community initiatives
- Collaborate to advance the mission, programmes, and culture of the school
- Design and manage community-based projects with strong attention to detail
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across the school ecosystem
- Create opportunities that contribute to the larger community and student development
- Manage and optimise communication across platforms and channels
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree from a recognised institution
- 7–10 years of experience as a Community Coordinator / CAS Coordinator
- Background in Social Service and experience in team management will be an added advantage
