About the Role
We're hiring a Community & Content Manager to build our online communities from the ground up and own Bytescare's presence across platforms where brand conversations happen, Reddit, Quora, Telegram, and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow communities from scratch on Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora
- Write SEO-focused content for Reddit, Quora, and social platforms that drives organic visibility
- Monitor brand mentions and respond to reviews, comments, and queries across channels
- Identify and flag harmful, misleading, or reputation-damaging content
- Run community-led campaigns and support broader social media initiatives
- Manage community execution both directly and through an external vendor
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building a community from scratch (not just managing an existing one)
- Strong writing skills, you write clearly, conversationally, and with SEO intent
- Ability to turn community signals into content ideas, insights, or action items
- Understanding of online reputation management beyond just posting schedules
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activities
- Vendor management experience is a plus
