Role Description
This is a full-time and remote role for a Community Building & Manager. The role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of digital and physical community spaces, managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality facility operations, and implementing practices that foster growth and engagement. Responsibilities include effective communication with community members, supervision of property maintenance, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring the community thrives as a vibrant and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Management and Facility Management (FM) with a focus on community operations
- Communication abilities to foster relationships, address concerns, and support community engagement
- Experience in Building Maintenance to ensure optimal operation and upkeep of facilities
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation for managing financial efficiency
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of managing and building communities, both digital and physical, is a plus
- Familiarity with best practices and tools related to community building and facility management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred
