Member Experience & Community Building:
· Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
· Address member queries promptly and ensure seamless day-to-day experiences.
· Build strong member relationships to foster a connected and engaged community.
Space & Operations Management:
· Oversee daily maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the workspace.
· Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and facility teams to maintain high operational standards.
· Support onboarding and orientation for new members.
Events & Engagement:
· Assist in planning, organizing, and executing in-house events, from festive celebrations to networking sessions and workshops.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for smooth event logistics.
· Capture event moments and maintain member participation feedback.
Front Desk & Admin Support:
· Handle front desk duties, calls, walk-ins, emails, and basic inquiries.
· Maintain daily operations reports, visitor logs, and other essential documentation.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams for member onboarding, events, and space tours.
· Provide support for community outreach initiatives and brand events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: An educational background in Coworking, Hospitality, Aviation, Real Estate or related industries.
- Experience: 0- 2 years of experience in Community Management, Operations, Front Office, or Customer Engagement roles preferably from the Coworking, Hospitality, Aviation, or similar service-oriented industries
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive, member-first attitude.
