Internship Details
Position: Community & Growth Intern
Eligibility: BBA/MBA (2025 & 2026 graduates/post graduates)
Duration: 6-Month to 1-Year Internship (Performance-Based PPO)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Bangalore
Post-Internship Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position with a compensation package based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support social media content creation and community communications.
- Drive member engagement through discussions, polls, challenges, and community activities.
- Assist in planning and executing webinars, networking events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and support the implementation of community growth strategies.
- Build visibility for the community through outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for social media, community building, and networking.
- Creative mindset with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, LinkedIn, and content creation tools.
- Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Employer Branding, or Community Building.
