Data Analyst - Researcher

Community Action Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst - Researcher (Limited term: 10-12 months). In this role, the Data Analyst-Researcher will support the Planning Department by managing data collection and reporting for agency funders, along with other services aligned with the strategic goals of the agency. This position will also assist in analyzing and understanding the health challenges faced by low-income individuals, including their navigation of healthcare systems and other health-related challenges as indicated by the agency priorities. By providing critical insights, the Data Analyst-Researcher will play a key role in advancing the agency's initiatives and ensuring the success of its mission. Under the supervision and direction of the Planning Manager, the Data Analyst-Researcher is responsible for tracking, reporting, and disseminating information related to planning department projects along with general support of other department initiatives. This position will assist in the completion of agency-related internal reports while supporting the reporting required by agency funders. The Data Analyst-Researcher will coordinate with other agency departments on using the agency databases for reporting and contribute to planning studies, reports, and collecting programmatic data. Related duties as required.
