Young Tinker Foundation is looking for creative and passionate individuals to join our Communications Team and help us build impactful stories, strong digital presence, and engaging content.
Open Roles:
Website & Analytics Team
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Maintain and update website content
- Develop online campaign strategies
- Support communications with analytics and research
Videography & Photography Team
- Capture workshops, events, and field activities
- Create reels, documentaries, and promotional videos
- Conduct studio shoots, interviews, and podcasts
- Manage YouTube content and analytics
Graphics & Branding Team
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and reports
- Maintain brand identity across platforms
- Manage social media content calendars
- Create annual reports and publication materials
Qualifications:
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Interest in design, content creation, photography, videography, or analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media platforms
