Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, plus Travelling Allowances
(Based on experience and relevance of prior work)
Key Responsibilities
• Google Ads & Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions. Develop online campaign strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Website Management: Regularly update the website with new events, achievements, awards, and program launches.
• Data & Research: Work with communication teams to provide analytics reports, performance insights, and market research.
• Videography & Photography: Capture photos and videos of workshops, events, and field activities.
• Content Creation: Create visual content such as documentaries, short films, reels, and promotional videos for platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Conduct indoor shoots including training modules, interviews, and podcasts.
• YouTube Management: Manage the YouTube channel, track analytics, monitor audience engagement, and optimize content based on trends.
• Graphics & Branding: Maintain visual branding for the organization and its initiatives. Design social media posts, banners, posters, standees, merchandise, and other creative materials.
• Social Media & Publications: Manage the social media calendar, ensure regular posting and blog updates, and design annual reports, impact reports, and other communication materials.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field
• Skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar)
• Basic knowledge of videography, photography, and video editing
• Understanding of social media platforms, YouTube analytics, and digital marketing
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple communication and media tasks
