Job Description: Employee Communications Strategist, Global Communications Qualifications Required: 4-8 years of related work experience Masters Degree in English/Mass Communications/Marketing Preferred: Experience of working in corporate setups PR agency experience Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint required. Adobe Photoshop/Express, Simpplr, Poppulo and Sharepoint knowledge is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Support person for local communications in the region Channel Management : support the day-to-day management of all communications channels supporting the APAC region (email, team sites, intranet sites/Commons) Event Management: support local events management related to comms (Welfare events, Rewards & Recognition, Leadership Forums, Town halls) Execute internal communications, including emails, articles, presentations, and other communications, while adhering to brand voice and messaging guidelines. Plan, write, edit, and publish employee news in Commons. Maintain India regional pages and content hygiene - own tagging, expirations, and quarterly audits. Support external marketing and PR opportunities as needed Manage local Outlook mailboxes for employee communications
