🚨 We're Hiring: Communications Specialist – ThePilot.in (Mumbai | Full-time | In-office)
We're looking for someone who will own operations like it’s their own business — proactive, detail-obsessed, excellent with follow-ups, and thrives on solving problems without being asked.
This is not a job for someone who wants a quiet 9–5.
This is for someone who wants to help build a company and be remembered for it.
What you'll do:
- Manage daily WhatsApp and Email communication and respond promptly to student queries
- Guide students with clear information
- Follow up consistently to close open inquiries and pending actions
- Maintain communication trackers and coordinate internally for accurate updates
You should have:
- 3+ years experience in ops/admin/training roles
- Strong communication (English + Hindi)
- Mastery of Google Sheets, Docs, & hustle
- Bonus if from aviation, education, or consulting
📍 Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Work from office)
