Blue Blocks Montessori is seeking a highly professional, relationship-driven individual to strengthen our school’s community presence and operational coordination.
Key Focus Areas:
• Representing the school at external engagements and outreach initiatives
• Supporting events, partnerships with community, and overall institutional presence
• Streamlining communications and coordination processes with administration
• Managing parent interactions with professionalism and warmth
• Building strong community relationships and strategic networks
• Comfort in curating and facilitating reflective conversations for varied audiences.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in both boardroom conversations and on-ground interactions. Applicants with prior experience in relationship management, institutional engagement, hospitality, education, or allied fields will be preferred.
