Role 1: Communications & PR Lead
Objective:
Own Kaizen AI’s external narrative and drive our PR, media positioning, and social presence in collaboration with our digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead media relations and build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and relevant industry publications
• Drive earned media opportunities including interviews, features, opinion pieces, and expert commentary
• Shape and maintain a consistent external narrative across PR and social channels
• Oversee and guide the digital marketing agency, including the social media content calendar
• Translate complex AI and real estate optimisation work into clear, compelling, and credible communication
• Build founder and company thought leadership through articles, speaking opportunities, and industry visibility
• Track and report media coverage, brand visibility, and impact metrics
Ideal Profile:
• 5–8 years experience in PR, communications, or media relations
• Strong journalist and publication network preferred
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into powerful narratives
• Strategic thinker with execution speed
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
Role 2: Strategic Partnerships & Growth Associate
Objective:
Support business development, partnerships, and strategic outreach while amplifying Kaizen AI’s visibility and industry presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients, partners, and strategic growth opportunities
• Drive outreach, relationship building, and structured follow-ups with senior stakeholders
• Maintain and strengthen a pipeline of high-value conversations and introductions
• Support PR initiatives including announcements, case studies, and media coordination
• Identify relevant conferences, industry events, and speaking platforms
• Support leadership preparation for meetings, pitches, and external engagements
• Execute high-priority initiatives across growth, partnerships, and communications
Ideal Profile:
• 2–5 years experience in business development, consulting, strategy, or partnerships
• Strong commercial instinct and proactive mindset
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives
• Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for direction
