<li>Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.</li>
<li>Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.</li>
<li>Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.</li>
<li>Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.</li>
<li>1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.</li>
