About the Role
We are hiring a Communications & Brand Senior Associate on behalf of a leading, mission-driven organization working to strengthen the philanthropy ecosystem in India.
This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating meaningful impact. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership to shape the organization's brand, drive strategic communications, and amplify its mission across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and manage content across social media, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, and the website.
- Manage the organization's digital presence and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain communication collateral, presentations, and other brand assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including design agencies and media vendors.
- Track communication performance and use insights to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative communication initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, Marketing, Content, or Corporate Communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing content across digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive communication outcomes.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Location

Compensation
