We are looking for a Communications Associate with 2-3 years of experience who can combine strong copywriting skills with basic design capabilities to support day-to-day communication needs. The role requires someone who can translate ideas into clear written content, create simple visual assets, and support the execution of digital communication and campaigns across platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Content Development
Develop clear, engaging content for a range of formats including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, website content, and campaign materials. Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences and platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging. Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational communication goals.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Create clean, visually engaging communication materials such as social media creatives, simple campaign graphics, event pos ters, and basic infographics. Ensure that all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Use tools such as Canva or similar design platforms to produce platform-ready assets efficiently.
Social Media & Digital Content Management
Support the planning and scheduling of content across digital platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram. Maintain content calendars, publish posts, and track basic engagement and performance metrics. Adapt communication formats for different platforms and use insights to improve content effectiveness.
Campaign & Communication Execution
Assist in the execution of communication campaigns and initiatives by coordinating with internal teams for content inputs and supporting the development of campaign messaging and creatives. Help produce promotional content for campaigns, events, and organizational announcements while ensuring timelines and communication deliverables are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in tools such as Canva
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital communication practices
- Ability to manage multiple communication tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
