Role Description
This Communication Trainer - Edutech internship offers a fully remote opportunity to work with Schola in cultivating communication excellence. The role involves designing and delivering communication training programs, developing curricula, and conducting engaging sessions to improve learners’ communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner needs, providing tailored feedback, and fostering intercultural understanding through effective teaching methods. Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Experience in Training and delivering impactful learning sessions
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development, with the ability to create innovative and adaptable training modules
- Skills in Intercultural Communication to connect with learners from varied cultural backgrounds
- Keen attention to detail, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering student success
- Previous experience in the edtech or education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Education, Communication, or related fields
