Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Communication Trainer. The Communication Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing effective learning materials, and fostering engaging learning environments. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing communication and training curricula, writing resources, and facilitating intercultural communication to ensure impactful delivery. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication with an emphasis on verbal and written clarity
- Experience in facilitating Training sessions and engaging with learners effectively
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and ability to structure educational content
- Capability in Writing and creating high-quality learning materials
- Knowledge of Intercultural Communication to engage with diverse audiences
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Previous experience in EdTech, training, or teaching is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred
