About the Role
Wenglor Sensoric India Pvt. Ltd., a German multinational company in Industrial Automation and Smart Sensor Technology, is looking for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in a professional corporate environment.
This is a 6-month Graduate Trainee Program. During the training period, candidates will work across various commercial functions. Based on performance, learning ability, and business requirements, they may be placed in a suitable department such as Order Processing, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, Accounts, or Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support order processing and commercial operations.
- Prepare quotations and maintain business documents.
- Handle ERP/CRM data entry and records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Technical teams.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with customer communication and day-to-day office operations.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Stipend & Employment
- Training Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- On successful completion of the training, candidates may be confirmed as full-time employees, based on performance and business requirements.
