Role Description
This is a part-time/full-time remote role for a Communication Trainee/ fresher/ intern/freelancer. The role involves supporting the development and execution of strategic communication plans, drafting press releases, media relations, contributing to internal and external communication projects, and assisting in developing content for various formats. The trainee will collaborate on brand storytelling initiatives and support communication strategies that align with client objectives, deliverables and brand positioning.
Qualifications
I
- nterest in everything communication - public relations, social media management, digital communication, and foundation-level content creation
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with an ability to craft clear and impactful messages
- Experience or interest in creating Press Releases and contributing to Public Relations efforts
- Familiarity with or interest in Strategic Communications, including brand positioning and narrative development
- Basic understanding or exposure to Internal Communications practices
- Motivation to learn, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely
- A degree or coursework in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields is an advantage
- Experience working with purpose-led or mission-driven organizations is a plus
