About the Opportunity
We're hiring experienced SAP HCM professionals to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This opportunity is ideal for consultants who enjoy working on complex SAP HCM implementations, production support, and enterprise HR solutions across Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Testing, ABAP HR, and Solution Architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP HCM solutions across Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and Personnel Administration.
- Develop and enhance SAP HCM technical objects, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
- Configure Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Benefits Administration, and business processes.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support enterprise SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or consulting.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following:
- SAP Payroll
- SAP Time Management
- SAP ABAP HR
- SAP Benefits Administration
- SAP HCM Testing
- SAP HCM Solution Architecture
- Experience with Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- SAP HCM Certification.
- Experience with Fiori/OData integrations.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale SAP HCM implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
- Experience mentoring team members and leading technical initiatives.

Compensation: As per experience and company standards
